Harry Gaiser was born in 1891 in Wichita and studied at Pittsburg State University, where he earned his teacher’s certificate.
Gaiser played minor league baseball with the Waterloo (IA) Blue Jays and at Albert Lee (MN). He later played semi-pro ball in Wichita and was a member of the 1914 Kansas-Oklahoma All-Stars.
His parents owned the Gaiser Carriage (Auto) Works in Wichita. He taught school in Wichita, where he died in 1975 at the age of 83.
